After all the warning giving to the NFF it seemed like they wanted to prove stubborn and now they are getting burned for it, as The Fifa Emergency Committee has announced that it has suspended the Nigerian Football Association with immediate effect due to alleged "government interference."
"The decision follows a letter sent by FIFA to the NFF on 4 July 2014, in which it expressed its great concern after the NFF was served with court proceedings and consequently an order preventing the president of the NFF, the NFF Executive Committee members and the NFF Congress from running the affairs of Nigerian football was granted by a High Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria," a statement read.
"The said court order compelled the Nigerian Minister of Sports to appoint a senior member of the civil service to manage the NFF until the matter was heard in court, without giving any date for such a hearing. The authorities then appointed a person who decided to convene an extraordinary general assembly on 5 July 2014. This extraordinary general assembly was convened in violation of the NFF statutes.
"Originally, an elective congress had been planned by the NFF to take place on 26 August 2014.
"The suspension will be lifted once the court actions have been withdrawn and the properly elected NFF Executive Committee, the NFF general assembly and the NFF administration are able to work without any interference in their affairs.
"As a result of this decision, no team from Nigeria of any sort (including clubs) can have any international sporting contact (art. 14 par. 3 of the FIFA Statutes). During the period of suspension, the NFF may not be represented in any regional, continental or international competitions, including at club level, or in friendly matches. The most immediate effect is that Nigeria will not be entitled to participate in the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup (5-24 August 2014) should the suspension not be lifted by 15 July 2014.
"In addition, neither the NFF nor any of its members or officials may benefit from any FIFA or CAF development programmes, courses or training during the suspension period."

Keshi Reportedly Requests for N10Million a Month in New Contract

Anyway in latests development Stephen Keshi, has presented the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) with his requests to return as the coach.

African Football on Tuesday, reported that Keshi told President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan that he will sign a new deal if the NFF agrees to pay him N10million a month.

In his initial contract, he received N5million

He reportedly made the demand when he met President Jonathan at the Aso Rock Villa in Abuja, when he arrived from the world tournament in Brazil.

Keshi is said to have demanded for upfront payment to avoid delays he had with his former deal, and to recall his former assistant Sylvanus Okpalla.

"He also wanted what he called a free hand as regards his team selection and preparations, saying he no longer wishes to deal with the technical committee. He also wanted Okpalla back to his backroom staff.

The President has assured him that his demands will be considered." claimed a source.

The news comes after reports that he got a $260,000 pay for the World Cup.

On Tuesday he made his first appearance in front of the cameras since his mug shot went viral, wearing a bright orange jumpsuit, handcuffs and a very serious look.

During the brief court appearance in Stockton – Meeks who was facing multiple felony weapon charges – the state agreed to turn his case over to federal prosecutors, Sacramento's KXTV reports.

The "Handsome Felon" is now facing a single charge – "Felon in possession of a firearm." The charge could lead to 10years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

The video was released to National Enquirer magazine recently by Angelina Jolie's former drug dealer, Franklin Meyer, who claims he shot it in 1999 after she called him to her to home to re-supply her with heroin and cocaine.

"Angie was a client of mine for several years. I sold her heroin and cocaine. One day she called me up and wanted me to drop by her place. That was her way of telling me she wanted me to bring her drugs. At the time, I had just bought a video camera and decided to bring it along. When I arrived, I just gave her the drugs and then she gave me the money.'

Convicted drug dealer Meyer said he kept filming her as her father, actor Jon Voight, called her to discuss family matters. In the video Angie's eyes are bloodshot,her arms emaciated and scratched, her fingernails dirty...and the room filthy. Meyer claimed he would see Angelina Jolie, who at the time was dating actor Billy Bob Thornton, two or three times a week whenever she was New York and she would generally spend around $100 on heroin and cocaine, and would take the drugs in front of him.

Perlino reveals that many Nigerian women come to Italy hoping to make enough money from honest work as nannies or factory workers to support their families back home, but are tricked by traffickers into working in the sex trade.

Eighty per cent of women trafficked to Italy come from Benin City, Edo State, in south Nigeria.

The photographer explained: 'My work attempts to show a complex phenomenon that crosses Italy from North to South.

'This involves many cities including Turin, Milan, Genoa, Rome, Naples and Palermo and thousands of Nigerian and Italian people.'

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime declared Nigeria among the top eight countries with the highest human trafficking rates in the world.

Traffickers demand on average more than 50,000 euros (US $60,000) for travel expenses and accommodation, with the women having to work as prostitutes until their debts are paid off.
