3. Honey

1.Dip and clean cotton swab in honey, put it directly on the affected area and leave it on for half an hour.
2.Wash the skin well with lukewarm water.
Another option is to mix honey and cinnamon together to make a paste and applying it over the pimples before going to bed. In the morning, there will be less inflammation or swelling. Wash the skin well with cold water.
4. Toothpaste
The toothpaste that you use every morning to clean your teeth also can be used to treat pimples quickly. It is most effective when used following the ice remedy. You must use white toothpaste; avoid using gel toothpaste.
1.Apply some white toothpaste over the affected skin area before going to bed.
2.In the morning, wash your face with water and you will see a significant improvement in the swelling.
If you wish, you can repeat the process in the daytime also. Just make sure the toothpaste remains on the pimples for at least half an hour.
5. Steam
Steaming is wonderful for your skin at any time, but particularly when you have pimples. The steam will open your pores and allow your skin to breathe. This helps get rid of oils, dirt and bacteria trapped in the pores that can cause infection or inflammation.
1.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for a few minutes.
2.Rinse your face with lukewarm water and, after drying, apply an oil-free moisturizer.

6. Garlic
Garlic is an antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples.
1.Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces.
2.Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water.
3.Repeat the treatment several times a day.
Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. But do not to eat too much raw garlic as it can upset the stomach.
7. Baking Soda
Baking soda is a good option for all, but especially those with sensitive skin because it will not cause any kind of skin irritation.
1.Make a thick paste by mixing one teaspoon of baking soda with some water or lemon juice.
2.Wash your skin well, leaving it slightly damp. Apply the paste on the affected areas and allow it to dry for a few minutes. Never keep baking soda on your skin for longer than a few minutes as it can cause dryness.
3.Wash your face with warm water and apply a moisturizer.
4.Repeat the process twice a day for quick results.

Peppermint is a powerful herb that can help eliminate pimples very fast. The calming, soothing effect of the menthol present in peppermint helps reduce the irritation and redness caused by pimples. Its antibacterial and antiviral properties also help kill bacteria that causes pimples.

HOW TO TREAT MOUTH ULCERS/canker sore
1. If you get this sores regularly,then try brushing regularly with soft brushes and brushing gently,also using toothpaste or mouthwashes that contain sodium lauryl sulfate can cause canker sores and continue to aggravate them. Try substituting natural toothpaste into your regimen
2. Try to rest n relax,because stress is one of the reason attributed to causing these sores.
3. Your diet is also important,Avoid spicy or acidic foods, which can irritate sores further. Peppers and sodas should be shunned. Fruits and vegetables such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes, and strawberries may also cause canker sores,get more of B12, zinc, iron, and folic acid.Take a vitamin supplement, or multiple supplements, that contain these every morning.
4. Take a lysine nutritional supplement. Nutritional lysine supplements, like L-lysine, provide essential amino acids that help with tissue growth and repair. This can reduce the occurrence of canker sores and limit the expansion of small canker sores.
5. using salt or baking powder;this is my personal favorite, a few pinches of salt in a glass of warm water. Swish around inside your mouth and spit out, repeating two or three times a day.
An alternative to this is baking soda. Mix one teaspoon baking soda with several ounces of warm water. Swish and spit out.
Alternatively, create a paste with equal parts baking soda and water. Dab the paste over the canker sore with a Q-tip and let dry.
Salt water and baking soda both help the mouth heal itself by reducing the acidity and bacteria in the mouth.
6.Use a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution;
Pour a little bit of it into a plastic soda cap and dilute with an equal amount of water.
Dip the Q-tip or cotton wool into the peroxide solution and dab it only on the canker sore.
Turn the Q-tip around and repeat.
Empty the cap and rinse it with water.
Take care not to swallow any of the hydrogen peroxide if possible.
Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic that will reduce the amount of bacteria in your mouth and help the canker sore heal.
The canker sore should go away in about 2-3 days if you do it twice a day.
7. You can also use mouth wash and treat the pain by sucking on ice cubes,Eat yogurt daily.
Apply a wet black teabag to the ulcer.
Squeeze the oil of a Vitamin E capsule onto the sore, repeating several times per day.

How to recover deleted files
The first thing that you should do is to quit everything what you're doing on your computer. Then, be glad, you still have a big chance of recovering your deleted files and folders. The fact is, if you deleted a file or folder, it is not gone yet forever, it is still there, but in white space which is ready to be overwritten. That's why, I prompt you to stop your computer activity right away, to prevent it from being overwritten and increase your chance of recovering your precious data.

on another computer and save it in your flash drive. We will be using this free software to retrieve your files. If another computer isn't available, just download Restorationthrough your PC but make sure not to save it on the drive or partition that you want your files to be recovered, directly save it to your thumb drive instead.
How to use Restoration to Recover Deleted Files?
I presumed that you already downloaded Restoration, just simply run it and follow the installation wizard's instruction. The restoration installer isn't actually installed in your PC rather its uncompressing, at the end of the wizard, press unzip and you are ready to go. Usually, the extracted restoration software is located on drive C: with Folder's name "Restoration". Now double click the Restorationexe., and you will see the image above,
1. Select the drive from where you want to retrieve your files.
2.If you want to search for specific file names or, by extension you can type it in this box.
3."Include used clusters by other files", just leave it blank to get better recovery results.
4. "Include even if it has a zero file size", again, don't tick it, it's pointless.
5. After seeing recovered files, select the one that you are looking for or you can choose everything and sort it later. Finish it off by clicking "Restore by Copying".
My deleted files, wasn't recovered, why?
This method isn't perfect, like any other recovery tips, especially if you lost your files a week ago or months. Recovering deleted files with Restoration is advisable only, if you have just deleted your data. Moreover, if it happens that you are using SSD (Solid State Drive) Hard drive, retrieving deleted folders and files with Restoration (even with paid data recovery softwares) is almost impossible and if your hard drive is mechanically broken then the recovery is also slim.

Brother Shocked As ‘Dead’ Sibling Moves Inside Zipped-up Body Bag In Morgue
Doctors claimed the man had suffered "respiratory and multiple organ failure" and declared him dead a few hours after his family took him to the hospital on Saturday August 23rd. His family then took what they believed was his corpse to the morgue inside the Menandro de Farias General Hospital in Salvador, northeast Brazil.
The next morning Val's brother Walterio was allowed into the morgue to dress his body ready for his funeral later in the day, only to get the shock of his life.
As Val's brother approached the body bag, which had been laid on a table top all night, he saw it moving. Walterio told Brazil's G1 website
"We had already made all the arrangements for my brother's funeral. All I needed to do was put some new clothes on him, so he'd be ready for the undertaker to come and collect him.
"Workers at the morgue let me in, and showed me where he was lying, in a zipped-up body bag. But as I got closer I could see it wriggling. Then I saw it raising and falling as if he was breathing.
"I went crazy and shouted for the medical team, the nurse, so they could see what was happening. They checked him and confirmed that he was still alive."
His niece Patricia Cintra said:
"We were worried about him and thought he'd be better off in hospital, that they'd take better care of him that we could at home. It was a shock to all of us when they called to tell us he'd passed away. But we started making the funeral arrangements.
"By Sunday morning everything was sorted. We'd paid for his death notice in a newspaper, bought the coffin and booked his funeral.
"His feet had already been tied together and his nose and ears stuffed with cotton wool."
After he was found to be alive, Val was rushed back to the intensive care unit of the same hospital which wrongly declared him dead and after checking him, he was transferred to another hospital, Santo Antonio in Salvador.
In a letter he wrote yesterday, Val, who cannot speak, said he saw death. He wrote:
"I, Valdelucio, saw death at my feet, but my faith was so great that I was cured. Before Irma Dulce I said, do a miracle in me, and she heard my prayer. I saw my mother telling me, son, hold onto her and you will be saved."
The health department for the state of Bahia ave said they will open an inquiry into the blunder.
"We will meet with the whole team involved in the patient's care to clarify the chain of events which allowed this to happen."

USING THE GYM TO BUILD YOUR MUSCLES SIMPLE TIPS.
Well when you here of Progressive Overload it simply means the process of challenging your muscles more over a period of time by doing more work than expected, that is Making them work harder than they did the last time you were in the gym.
Now wait a minute last time I checked not every body have access to a proper gym,so you can either buy your own set of gym equipment or look for somebody who you can team up with to buy or rather make it your self with cement and bucket like we used to.
Now to my second question " How Do I apply it to my training?"
Now about that, first thing first have a goal, you can put up a photo of arnold as a reflective calculator,of where you want to be, Regardless of what exercise you are doing your goal each and every time should be to do more work, which can happen in a variety of ways. Below I will outline the most common ways that you can apply progressive overload.
So here are some tips
1. Lifting the same weight with a greater range of motion. If you have been doing squats with 135lbs, but not going down to parallel, then the next workout you could stick with 135lbs and go to parallel or lower.
2. Lifting the same weight with more control and emphasis on the muscle. Try to control the whole movement rather than swinging or using momentum to complete the lift.
3. Lift more weight!
4. Lift the same weight, but complete more repetitions.
5. Lift the same amount of weight, but do it in less time, ie shorten your rest periods between sets.
Let's take an example,
Festus likes to lift in the 8-12 rep range as well. Previously Festus's bench press sets have looked like this:
Set 1 - 185lbs x 10
Set 2 - 185lbs x 9
Set 3 - 185lbs x 8
He has not hit 12 reps yet with 185lbs, so he just sticks with that weight and tries to increase the number of times he can lift it. Next week Festus comes in and his sets look like this:
Set 1 - 185 x 12
Set 2 - 195 x 10
Set 3 - 195lbs x 8
Festus hit the top number in his rep range on his first set, so he knew he could move up in weight. This is how you should approach your workouts.
Things to keep in mind:
You will not be able to add 5-10lbs every single week. Your body isn't a machine and should not be treated like one. Strength happens in waves rather than a straight line.
The amount of improvement you have WILL slow down at some point and you will have to adjust in other ways.
Form should never be sacrificed to add more weight. You should keep flawless form on all of your exercises regardless of the weight.
If you have stalled in strength on your lifts for more than 2-3 weeks you may need to check your diet. You may not be eating enough to support new muscle growth or it could be that your body just needs rest and time to recover from all the stresses of lifting heavy.
If you are trying to lose weight and you are in a caloric deficit, it will be much more difficult for you to progress on your lifts. Your body is not getting enough calories to fuel your workouts. When you are dieting your main focus should be to maintain your strength.

Two Tips to help you build big massive shoulder muscles.
Tip One: Train Your Rear Delts(Deltoid muscle):
To achieve your goal of having massive shoulders you must work on your rear delts. People go in the gym and do a bunch of different varieties of shoulder presses and only end up having big overpowered front delts and weak under-powered rear delts.
I know, I know, they are a very hard and small muscle group to train but they are the secret for having big shoulders. My advice to you for training rear them would be to try every exercise out there. See what works for you and what doesn't then finally get to training them. My other piece of advice would be too really contract them as hard as possible and to hold the static movement of the rep for as long as possible. Doing this will give you very good growth on the weak part of everyone's shoulders and you will get the huge cannonball shoulders that you have always dreamed off.
Tip Two: Do the Behind The Back Shoulder Press:
This one might be a little bit hard at first ,doing behind the back shoulder presses will hit your shoulders from a different angle. An angle that your body is not used to, hence your body will re-compensate for this stress and your shoulders will grow quite nicely.
Now, you can do this with a variety of styles. You can do it standing or sitting down on a bench with a barbell or on the smith machines. I prefer to do mine on the smith machine while sitting down on the bench because it is much safer to go to complete failure and the risk of injury is much less than doing it with the barbell.
With just this two tips you would begin to see massive growth in your shoulder muscles, so now you know the secret formula for getting massive shoulders, you should go and take action.
