HOW TO Get Firm breast before and after pregnancy

First is With exercise:

Doing the right exercise is one way to achieve this so here is a run down of tips for you to follow;
1. The T-Plank
Using five to 10-pound weights as handles, hold your body up in a pushup position, with your legs wider than hip width for more stability. Lift your right arm, holding the weight up, and open your body all the way to the right making a "T" shape with your body. Return to your starting position and do the same on left side. That's one rep. Do 10 to 20 reps.
2.The Pec Pushup
Lay down on your back, pressing your spine down with your abs pulled in tightly. Grasp a five to 10 pound weight in each hand. Extend your arms straight up turning your palms to face inward, keeping your elbows tight against your the body. Inhale, and lower the weights down to one inch above your chest. Then exhale and press up. Repeat this 20 to 40 times.
Doing this exercise twice a week will help keep your boobs healthy and firm.
Also perform push-ups to tone the muscles beneath your breasts,lose a little weight,In some cases, droopy or saggy breasts are caused by too much fatty tissue. Perform cardiovascular exercise to shed pounds.
2. Sleeping on your back,f you favor one side while you sleep, you may find that the top breast sags and stretches more. By staying on your back, you can keep both breasts firmer longer.
3. Replace your bras when the supportive bands stretch. If the last clasps on the bra no longer provide a tight, supportive fit, it is time to replace them.
4.Use anti-aging cream,Use anti-aging creams on your neck and upper breast area. Choose formulas that improve collagen in the skin. They can make your cleavage look more youthful.
5.Breast Massage
Massaging your breasts is an excellent technique to firm, hydrate and soften your breasts.
6.Hydrate and soften breasts
You should always massage from the outside towards the inside, and go around the nipple. You can use avocado oil to massage your breasts.

8. Arm resistance
At 50-something and three kids later, my mother still has a set of youthful-looking, perky breasts.That's because she does an arm exercise that helps keep them firm and toned. Take both arms if front of you and make a prayer pose, bringing your hands together. Press your palms tightly and you'll instantly feel the muscle in your breast area trigger. Do this several times for results.
9. Stand straight
Your breasts will appear firmer and perkier if you constantly practice proper posture. Just stand up straight and thrust out your chest. It makes a difference!
10. Quite smoking,keep your breast away from direct sun light and finally reduce bouncing during exercise or when running.
