Brother Shocked As ‘Dead’ Sibling Moves Inside Zipped-up Body Bag In Morgue
Doctors claimed the man had suffered "respiratory and multiple organ failure" and declared him dead a few hours after his family took him to the hospital on Saturday August 23rd. His family then took what they believed was his corpse to the morgue inside the Menandro de Farias General Hospital in Salvador, northeast Brazil.
The next morning Val's brother Walterio was allowed into the morgue to dress his body ready for his funeral later in the day, only to get the shock of his life.
As Val's brother approached the body bag, which had been laid on a table top all night, he saw it moving. Walterio told Brazil's G1 website
"We had already made all the arrangements for my brother's funeral. All I needed to do was put some new clothes on him, so he'd be ready for the undertaker to come and collect him.
"Workers at the morgue let me in, and showed me where he was lying, in a zipped-up body bag. But as I got closer I could see it wriggling. Then I saw it raising and falling as if he was breathing.
"I went crazy and shouted for the medical team, the nurse, so they could see what was happening. They checked him and confirmed that he was still alive."
His niece Patricia Cintra said:
"We were worried about him and thought he'd be better off in hospital, that they'd take better care of him that we could at home. It was a shock to all of us when they called to tell us he'd passed away. But we started making the funeral arrangements.
"By Sunday morning everything was sorted. We'd paid for his death notice in a newspaper, bought the coffin and booked his funeral.
"His feet had already been tied together and his nose and ears stuffed with cotton wool."
After he was found to be alive, Val was rushed back to the intensive care unit of the same hospital which wrongly declared him dead and after checking him, he was transferred to another hospital, Santo Antonio in Salvador.
In a letter he wrote yesterday, Val, who cannot speak, said he saw death. He wrote:
"I, Valdelucio, saw death at my feet, but my faith was so great that I was cured. Before Irma Dulce I said, do a miracle in me, and she heard my prayer. I saw my mother telling me, son, hold onto her and you will be saved."
The health department for the state of Bahia ave said they will open an inquiry into the blunder.
"We will meet with the whole team involved in the patient's care to clarify the chain of events which allowed this to happen."

HOW TO KEEP YOUR BREAST FIRM.

1. The T-Plank
Using five to 10-pound weights as handles, hold your body up in a pushup position, with your legs wider than hip width for more stability. Lift your right arm, holding the weight up, and open your body all the way to the right making a "T" shape with your body. Return to your starting position and do the same on left side. That's one rep. Do 10 to 20 reps.
2.The Pec Pushup
Lay down on your back, pressing your spine down with your abs pulled in tightly. Grasp a five to 10 pound weight in each hand. Extend your arms straight up turning your palms to face inward, keeping your elbows tight against your the body. Inhale, and lower the weights down to one inch above your chest. Then exhale and press up. Repeat this 20 to 40 times.
Doing this exercise twice a week will help keep your boobs healthy and firm.
Also perform push-ups to tone the muscles beneath your breasts,lose a little weight,In some cases, droopy or saggy breasts are caused by too much fatty tissue. Perform cardiovascular exercise to shed pounds.

USING THE GYM TO BUILD YOUR MUSCLES SIMPLE TIPS.
Well when you here of Progressive Overload it simply means the process of challenging your muscles more over a period of time by doing more work than expected, that is Making them work harder than they did the last time you were in the gym.
Now wait a minute last time I checked not every body have access to a proper gym,so you can either buy your own set of gym equipment or look for somebody who you can team up with to buy or rather make it your self with cement and bucket like we used to.
Now to my second question " How Do I apply it to my training?"
Now about that, first thing first have a goal, you can put up a photo of arnold as a reflective calculator,of where you want to be, Regardless of what exercise you are doing your goal each and every time should be to do more work, which can happen in a variety of ways. Below I will outline the most common ways that you can apply progressive overload.
So here are some tips
1. Lifting the same weight with a greater range of motion. If you have been doing squats with 135lbs, but not going down to parallel, then the next workout you could stick with 135lbs and go to parallel or lower.
2. Lifting the same weight with more control and emphasis on the muscle. Try to control the whole movement rather than swinging or using momentum to complete the lift.
3. Lift more weight!
4. Lift the same weight, but complete more repetitions.
5. Lift the same amount of weight, but do it in less time, ie shorten your rest periods between sets.
Let's take an example,
Festus likes to lift in the 8-12 rep range as well. Previously Festus's bench press sets have looked like this:
Set 1 - 185lbs x 10
Set 2 - 185lbs x 9
Set 3 - 185lbs x 8
He has not hit 12 reps yet with 185lbs, so he just sticks with that weight and tries to increase the number of times he can lift it. Next week Festus comes in and his sets look like this:
Set 1 - 185 x 12
Set 2 - 195 x 10
Set 3 - 195lbs x 8
Festus hit the top number in his rep range on his first set, so he knew he could move up in weight. This is how you should approach your workouts.
Things to keep in mind:
You will not be able to add 5-10lbs every single week. Your body isn't a machine and should not be treated like one. Strength happens in waves rather than a straight line.
The amount of improvement you have WILL slow down at some point and you will have to adjust in other ways.
Form should never be sacrificed to add more weight. You should keep flawless form on all of your exercises regardless of the weight.
If you have stalled in strength on your lifts for more than 2-3 weeks you may need to check your diet. You may not be eating enough to support new muscle growth or it could be that your body just needs rest and time to recover from all the stresses of lifting heavy.
If you are trying to lose weight and you are in a caloric deficit, it will be much more difficult for you to progress on your lifts. Your body is not getting enough calories to fuel your workouts. When you are dieting your main focus should be to maintain your strength.

Tip One: Train Your Rear Delts(Deltoid muscle):
To achieve your goal of having massive shoulders you must work on your rear delts. People go in the gym and do a bunch of different varieties of shoulder presses and only end up having big overpowered front delts and weak under-powered rear delts.
I know, I know, they are a very hard and small muscle group to train but they are the secret for having big shoulders. My advice to you for training rear them would be to try every exercise out there. See what works for you and what doesn't then finally get to training them. My other piece of advice would be too really contract them as hard as possible and to hold the static movement of the rep for as long as possible. Doing this will give you very good growth on the weak part of everyone's shoulders and you will get the huge cannonball shoulders that you have always dreamed off.
Tip Two: Do the Behind The Back Shoulder Press:
This one might be a little bit hard at first ,doing behind the back shoulder presses will hit your shoulders from a different angle. An angle that your body is not used to, hence your body will re-compensate for this stress and your shoulders will grow quite nicely.
Now, you can do this with a variety of styles. You can do it standing or sitting down on a bench with a barbell or on the smith machines. I prefer to do mine on the smith machine while sitting down on the bench because it is much safer to go to complete failure and the risk of injury is much less than doing it with the barbell.
With just this two tips you would begin to see massive growth in your shoulder muscles, so now you know the secret formula for getting massive shoulders, you should go and take action.

As a face mask– Apply honey gently and equally to your clean face with your fingertips. Keep the eye area clear. Leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water and end with a splash of cold water.
Tip:For extremely oily skin, mix honey with freshly squeezed juice from a lemon. Apply to the face as a mask. Wash off as usual.

An egg is a complete food, full of protein and vitamins and minerals. It makes a nourishing and firming face mask for the skin. A fresh egg has two components – the albumen (egg white) and the yolk. The egg white contains protein while the yolk is packed full of fat. Egg whites cleanse, exfoliate and tighten; where egg yolks moisturize, feed, and soothe your skin. This is a perfect combination for any face mask.
If you have oily skin, you may want to use the egg white alone. It will help heal acne and pimple prone skin, minimise pores, and control oil. If your skin is dry, you may use the egg yolk alone on your face. However, using both the white and yolk works quite well for all skin types, especially for normal and combination skin.
Facial Recipe:Separate the egg white and yolk into different bowls. Whisk the egg white and spread gently all over the face and neck with your fingertips. Keep the eye and mouth area clear. After 20 to 25 minutes, when the mask hardens, wash off with warm water. Afterwards, spread the egg yolk in the same way as you did the egg white. Leave the mask on for another 15 to 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water, and rinse with cold water.
Tip:If you don't like the smell of raw eggs you can mix the egg with some honey. Or if you have oily skin, add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg white, this will help drain excess oil.
Baking Soda
I know you never thought this would come up,anyway it has Baking soda is chemically known as bicarbonate of soda. This pure naturally occurring substance is usually used in cooking and as a leavening agent while baking. The properties it has which make it a great tenderizer for your meat is the same one it brings to your skin – makes it supple as a baby's bottom. Baking soda has a mild gritty feel and works as a gentle cleanser and exfoliator when massaged gently onto the face. It is environmentally friendly and fragrance-free, an inexpensive way to peel away dead skin cells on the face and maintain a smooth and supple skin. Replace all those expensive facial scrubs, masks, and chemical peels with a mix of baking soda.
Facial Recipe:Mix a little baking soda with lukewarm water. Apply onto slightly damp face, massaging gently. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry with a clean face towel.
Tip:For an extra moisturizing feel, mix with honey instead of water. Or for a great exfoliator full of nature's goodness, add some oat flour into the mix to form a smooth paste. Apply on the face as usual.

10 Ways Of Making Money At NYSC Orientation Camp
and go. If you are still jobless or still thinking of which business to start, then NYSC Orientation camp is an opportunity you should not let go.
With my experience at different Orientation camps, I decided to share this article with you because with the little you can invest, you can make use of the returns in starting a bigger business after the Orientation Camp. There are many businesses you can engage in at NYSC camps, and this article only covers some, hence do not see it as a complete reference.
So, What Are the Businesses I can DO ?
1. Photography Business
This is one of the hottest businesses on camp. With thousands of Corpers on camp, engaging in different activities, for a whole of 3 weeks, then, you should just imagine how much you can make from this business. No matter the competitions, you will surely have your own customers and make your money.With quality snaps, fast delivery and good customer interfacing skills, you will surely make it.
This business is easier for Non-Corpers because, as a Corper,in NYSC kit, you willnever be allowedto be in the marketplace during camp activities. Nevertheless, as a corper, if you have your personal digital camera, you can take loads of pictures during camp activities. Then, during leisure time, you can liaise with one of the registered photographers on camp to help you print them out in town. All you just have to do is to give the person your memory card, coupled with good compensation.
2. Video Business
This is a very good business which is not really common in most camps as compared to photography. I so much love this business because, the returns can be so high beyond your imagination.
With a good video camcorder, you are expected to cover all camp activities, there after, edit the whole stuff and burn it to DVD for Corpers to buy and take home after the Orientation exercise. Wondering how sensible it is to burn all 3 weeks activities into a DVD? Well,YOU DON'T HAVE TO
.
The content of the DVD which you will offer for sale will just be short pieces of the major activities that will be carried out on camp. The DVD I bought when I was on camponly plays for 3 hoursand to be frank, the guy covered glimpses of major events I love watching over and over again.
If you are to make 90% of Corpers to buy your DVD, then you just have to prove to them that they appear in the video. To make this happen, try and make sure you cover all Corpers while they line up on the Parade ground, Platoon by Platoon. More so, try and be on ground with your camera when they are on queue for registration,food and during the endurance trek. Those are the instances you can capture almost all Corpers on camp.
What if you come to camp with a TV and DVD, so that every night, you can be showing the stuffs on TV ?If a Corper sees him/herself in the video, don't you think he/she might instantly register to get a copy of your DVD before the end of the orientation camp? That's food for thought.
To make money engaging in this business on camp,you don't need to know how to edit videos nor how to burn videos to DVD. I am very sure there will be some video producers in town, that will do all these for you, just for some token.
During my time, I bought my DVD forN600and the guy enforced Corpers to make initial deposit of N200 if to be guaranteed a copy of the DVD at the end of the Orientation exercise. The guy even made us to realize that he will only be producing few copies and that it will be based on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Marketing tactics…isn't it?
This guy am talking about made a lot of money and as at today, he is now using laptop and Projector to show videos to Corpers on camp.
As a prospective Corper on camp, I am not sure you will have the chance to engage in this business.
3. Selling Food, Soft drinks and Beers
This is also a very hot business you can engage in. Trust me, you will make good money from this business by the time the Orientation exercise ends. If you can ensure that your stand is very clean and with tantalizing food varieties, then, you will make it.
NYSC will provide food to Corpers, 3 times, in a day all through the duration of the Orientation exercise. Nevertheless, majority of Corpers on camp will find it difficult not going toMAMI MARKET(nick-name given to markets at NYSC camps) to get a feel,especially , of the local dishes in the community where the camp is located.
More so, at nights, MAMI MARKET seems to be themeeting and dating spots for Corpers and evenNon-corpers on camp, hence, just imagine the number of drinks that will be sold everyday on camp.
4. Laundry Services
Trust me, there are many Corpers out there that will not be able wash their kits by themselves while on camp, for different reasons best known to them, hence, all they do is to find someone that will help them wash their dirty kits and pay some cash for the person in return.
More so, Corpers don't go to camp with electric irons. Even at most camp, Corpers are not allowed to make use of electric gadgets. As a result of this, trust me, you will be making extra money just helping Corpers to Iron their clothes.
During my time on camp, people that engaged in this business made use of thecharcoal pressing iron in combination with Stove. You must label every shirt,khaki or jungle boot received with theCorper's unique State code, so that when the owner comes back to claim his/her khaki, you will find it very easy to locate it without any mix-up with other khakis that are with you.
Youmight not be able to do this business alonebecause I wonder what you will do when you have over 300 kits on ground to be washed and ironed. Corpers will be mad at you if you tell them that their kits are not ready when they are suppose to wear it to the parade ground, the next morning.
During my time on camp, there were these 4 guys under the same business name. While one of them is busy washing, one will be ironing, another will be on the field, marketing and the fourth guy will be going from one hostel to another, packing dirty kits to their stand. If you are to do all these all alone, what do you think might happen to you in the long run?
5. Tailoring Services
You can also make money on camp helping Corpers to fix their wears. Most kits been supplied to majority of the corpers don't suit them, hence many of them always love to adjust the size to something that befits them. More so,there are usually cases where shorts tear during exercises.
Hence, if you can be fixing all these for corpers, you will surely be making some real cash.
6. Call centre/Battery Charging business
You can make good money on camp offering phone call services, selling phone accessories and recharge cards.
In addition to selling recharge cards, you can also be making money helping corpers to charge their phones. All you will need will include a small generator, some desktop chargers and some power sockets.
You will have to be very careful with corpers phones, to avoid troubles; hence always make sure you label their phones or batteries with their unique state code using permanent marker/sellotape.
There might be competitions but there is no way you will not get your own share of the market.
7. Games/Viewing centre business
You can also make money on camp setting up a games/viewing centre. If you can offer games like snooker, table tennis and video games, at your centre, then, you will surely make some good cash.
More so,if premier league/champions league matches fall within the duration of the orientation camp, then,its obvious that you will make money if you can make these matches available to corpers on camp.
8. Configuring free browsing for Corpers
Only corpers that have web-enabled phones that will be able to browse on camp, provided there is at least, GPRS service at the camp location. As a corper, you can be making some money for yourself if you can be configuring free browsing for fellow corpers just for a token.
I made some good money configuring free browsing for corpers during my time on camp. It also fetched me a lot of new friends.
9.You can also make money on campselling Novels, Motivational books, cutleries, Magazines, Newspapers, wears, musical CDsetc
What of setting up a minibarbing salon or a nail-fixing centre? The list is endless. Just think of something you know Corpers will need/love to buy and you will see money flowing well into your pocket.
10.As a Corper, you can leverage on your presence on camp to help some businesses or companies to market their products in return for commissions. On camp, you will see different corpers trying to introduce you to one business or the other. You will even see some sharing fliers and handbills.
All these are ways of making money either directly or indirectly.
Any Requirements?
Well, for you to engage in any kind of business on camp, you will have toregisterwith the camp officials. The amount you will be charged for; depends on the kind of business you want to set up on camp. Once your registration has been approved, then you are free to go on with your business on camp without any kind of harassment.
If you think your business is too small to pay for registration, then, try and go into collaboration with another business on camp.
For Corpers, you can always do your own thing on a solo level.Just, wise up.
Marketing tips
Branding also helps a lot. Get a stand in the market place, erect your umbrella with abig bannercarrying the name of your business, and probably be putting on Vests customized with the name of your business. With these, your business name will be ringing in the head of Corpers on camp and they will also find it easy to reach and patronize you.
It will also help you a lot if you are already on ground as at the time Corpers are registering for admission into camp. While corpers are lining up for registration, you can easily walk around, welcoming them to camp, while at the same timeintroducing your business to them. Help them with some little things during registrations and you will see them dancing to your ads.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
On getting to the Orientation camp, the first thing that you will have to do is to getregistered. This is very essential for you to be admitted into the camp. During the registration exercise, you are expected to provide the following:
*Your Final YearStudent ID card
*The Notification Of Result from your higher Institution (ORIGINAL and photocopies)
*Passport Photographs(You might not need more than 4 copies but its better when you have many copies with you)
*NYSC Call Up letter(ORIGINAL with photocopies)During the registration exercise, you will be given some documents, which you will have to fill, attach your passport photographs and submit to the necessary officers. The documents are easy to fill and should in case you don't understand some part, I bet you will see some people on ground that will surely help you out.
If you don't have your final year ID card, Notification of result and call up letter with you,don't be surprised if you are sent back home. So, get them handy. It's better if you go with many photocopies of those stuffs because if photo copying machine is not yet available at the camp during the time of your registration, you will be forced to go to town to get them done.Will it make sense to you, if you spend N200 on motorcycle transportation all because of N50 worth of photocopies?Just think about that. Trust me, once those Okada men see that you are a new OTONDO, they will charge you so high and you been a stranger, am sure you might just have to pay them.
Once you complete your registration,you will be issued your STATE CODE, which will be your unique code all through your service year. With this code, you will then go ahead to claim your mattress and your NYSC kits. You will then be directed to your hostel where you will stay all through the Orientation exercise. Once you locate your hostel, the bunks might be labeled, in that case, find your bunk and get settled. You can then put on your NYSC kit, and you are then good to SERVE YOUR FATHERLAND.
CAMP LIFE REQUIREMENTS
During your stay in camp for three weeks, you are not expected to put on any kind of clothing EXCEPT the NYSC kits that will be supplied to you. You will not be allowed to put on any shirt whatsoever, likewise, you will not be allowed to put on any other shoe, other than the JUNGLE BOOT or the white canvas that will be supplied to you. Hence,don't disturb yourself packing all your wears to camp UNLESS you have decided not to travel back home after the orientation exercise.
Nevertheless, you can just take few wears along with you, should in case you just feel like dressing differently to church/mosque services. On such occasions, you MIGHT be allowed. More so, you can take along with you, white shirts and shorts and probably white footwears to serve as alternatives for those that will be supplied to you on camp. You might have to buy these on camp at high prices from MAMI MARKET( this is the nickname for the temporary market at NYSC camps), should in case the kits that will be supplied to you DISSAPOINT you after few days of putting them on.
Having extra white vests/shorts will also relief you from having to wash the 2 pairs that will be supplied to you, every day. Trust me, once you go to that field in the morning for all those PARADE STUNTS, on retiring back to your hostel later in the day, the white would have turnedWHITER...lol.
In addition, it is better if you go along with your cutleries, though you can easily buy them from MAMI market. You will need also need to get a big waist bag which you can tie round your waist. This will come handy during parades, exercises and even during the endurance trek. If possible carry a big one large enough to carry your money,phones and even a bottle of table water with some biscuits (...smiles)
If you want to live large on camp, definitely, you will have to go along with some good cash. Your first allowee will be paid to you on camp, mostly during the last week of the orientation exercise. You will also be paid your bicycle allowance.
If you are the SWAGGA guy type, be ready to spend good cash on some ladies that will be dragging you to MAMI MARKET all in the name of fun which might end up with you not getting anything back from them all through the camp period. So, it's better you WISE UP and don't go to camp to turn to a LOCAL MAGA. Just a piece of advice though....
If you have a digital camera, you can also take it along with you because you will definitely have lots of scenes to snap and events to record. Your camera phone will also do the work for sure,just get a big memory card handy. You will see photographers on ground but trust me, those guys can drain your wallet within a twinkle of an eye if you are not wise enough, as they are so good in snapping shots you might find hard to resist from paying for.
On the day of passing out, those photographers give out pictures at very cheap prices, that's why some Corpers prefer waiting for the last day before collecting their pictures. This trick works best with personal pictures because GROUP pictures are always on demand and you might not get a copy of such on the last day.
Don't forget to carry your MOSQUITO NET along with you if you have one. No need of going to camp with your laptop, for security reasons. Leave it at home and you can later go home to carry it to your place of primary assignment, after your orientation camp.
More so,Series of organizations and individuals will come to lecture you on diverse topics,hence try and get an exercise book handy too because you might need to write some stuffs down during such lectures.
Just pray there is GPRS service at your camp, if not you might not be able to access the internet for the whole 3 weeks. If there is at least GPRS service, with your web enabled mobile phone, you should be able to keep in contact with your loved ones, keep surfing the web, posting updates on facebook and also sending me updates on how you are coping at camp.
If you don't know much about the state you are posted to, I strongly advice you to start asking people for info about the place. Such infos will be of great value to you. More so, I highly recommend you travel as early as possible, so as to be on the safer side.

There are many fun activities on camp and am sure you will find them interesting. Such activities include parade, sports, drama, broadcasting services, Mr Macho, Beauty Contest etc. You can also be catching your fun in the kitchen.
