Things that mess up your period.

Would it not be nice to see your period at the right time,as at when expected so that you can plan things much better,"The average cycle is 28 days—that's 28 days between the first day of one period and the first day of your next period—but anywhere in between 24 and 31 days is considered normal," says
Veronica Lerner, MD, assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at NYU Langone Medical Center.
So today I would share 10 things that can shift your period.
1. Vigorous exercises, constant rigorous exercise combined with low body fat puts stress on your body, and this stress tells your brain to stop producing reproductive hormones. "Since you can't nourish a baby under extreme stress, your body temporarily shuts down the production of fertility hormones," explains Dr. Lerner.
2.Been over weight,"Excess fat cells result in elevated levels of estrogen, which can ultimately stop your ovaries from releasing an egg," says Dr. Lerner. Also fat women have longer periods.
3.Been under weight,"you need adequate levels of estrogen to build your uterine lining and have a period," says Holly Puritz, MD, and medical director of OB/GYN services at Sentara Leigh Hospital in Virginia.
4. Taking drugs that contain thyroid medication (and thyroid problems in general), steroids, or antipsychotics (which release a hormone, dopamine)—can influence your period.
5. Working with pesticide,if you are a farmer live that for the men to do.
6. Stress
7. Birth control pills, taking these to help your self hmm "But it takes your body a few months to adjust." As the lining of your uterus gradually becomes thinner,
8. Age
9. Sleeping poorly
10. Traveling all the time
